Well it was bound to happen...this week I hit a plateau. Didn't gain and didn't lose anything. Maybe my fat is just frozen...it's really cold here in SC. lol
Here's a picture of my daughter-in-law Kim who turned 40 today. I guess I won't complain about the cold here in SC when they are dealing with this in Ohio!
